I have participated in various debate competitions in Russia and Europe. My favorite business fields are consulting, entrepreneurship, finance, and information management. In my free time, I can be found listening to jazz, playing guitar, and coding. |

Moritz KolarikI’m Moritz, a second year business administration student at Rotterdam School of Management. With experience at two international case competitions in 2020, I am more excited than ever to compete at ROCA Case Competition this Fall. Keisha MatthewsI am currently in my third year, pursuing a BSc in International Business Administration. Over the course of my degree, I undertook an experiential minor – Consulting to Social Enterprises. Apart from academics, I am active in various student associations around campus, further exploring my interest in consulting through my second year at the RSM Case Club and my role at 180 Degree Consulting. Moreover, I have honed my leadership capabilities by undertaking board positions. I was the Vice President and Treasurer for the Women’s Business Network in the previous academic year and am currently on the board for the HonEURs Association and Extraordinary Life – a community built around self-development and meaningful engagement. |

Ayelen de WitI’m Ayelen de Wit, a half Spanish, half Dutch student at Erasmus University. Before moving to the Netherlands for university, I graduated high school in London, and before this I was always moving around between different countries and continents. I have been case solving for eight months now and have previously taken part in the 24-hour CBS case competition. Apart from this, I play volleyball and compete around the Netherlands with my team! |
